Future Yoga?


Manasa Yoga is an intergration of posture and breathing and meditative techniques
to help the practitioner achieve the meditative state. It is supposed to be a careully thought sequence to impart the essence of yoga in its truest form.

Using the tools of body, breath and awareness, Manasa Yoga supposed to guide its practitioners to realise and celebrate their infinite inner potential.

However though it looks more like spiderman/frog man training to me.haha
